We offer a 30-day return policy for products purchased directly from our website. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for a full refund.
Do Hydro Flask products come with a warranty?
Yes, we offer a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects. This covers issues like broken lids or loss of insulation properties, but does not cover normal wear and tear.
Are Hydro Flask products BPA-free?
Absolutely. All Hydro Flask products are made with 18/8 food-grade stainless steel and are 100% BPA-free and toxin-free for safe, everyday use.
Can I put my Hydro Flask in the dishwasher?
Most of our newer powder-coated bottles are dishwasher safe. However, we recommend checking the product care instructions on the bottom of your flask or our website to ensure longevity.
